Susan Trench has been with the firm almost since its inception, and has been a partner for the past 15 years. Prior to that, she served as an Assistant Miami-Dade County Attorney, dealing primarily with labor and employment matters.
Ms. Trench handles all types of business litigation at Goldstein, Tanen & Trench, including partnership, corporate, real estate and contract disputes. She still maintains a great interest in employment law, and has assisted various businesses in establishing appropriate employment practices and procedures. She has successfully defended employers against all types of employee claims, including discrimination and harassment cases, at the administrative level and in federal and state courts. She maintains a small family law practice as well, and volunteers as a guardian ad litem in the Miami-Dade County Court system, representing the interests of children. She also has a large appellate practice.
